⚠️ URGENT WEATHER ALERT FOR QUEENSLAND ⚠️
A developing tropical cyclone is threatening Queensland's coast with dangerous conditions expected within 48-72 hours. Residents across coastal regions from Cairns to Bundaberg need to prepare NOW for potential severe impacts including destructive winds, heavy rainfall, and dangerous storm surge.
🌡️ DETAILED FORECAST BY REGION:
Far North QLD: Cyclone forming in Coral Sea, winds intensifying to 100+ km/h
Coastal areas: 200-400mm rainfall expected, flooding risk EXTREME
Brisbane & South East: Heavy rain bands, gusty winds 60-80 km/h possible
Inland regions: Flash flooding concern as system moves west
