3 years ago the 2018 #FarmBill removed the #DEA from enforcement when it came to #hemp at the state level.

Jersey did nothing, because they wanted everyone dumping their savings into #weed

they won, the weed industry is bankrupt or 99:1% and many regular people are broke because of this “legal scam.”

I blame it on greed, if you’re a cannabis #entrepreneur you will not win, if you do not serve others.

the key word is “Farm” farms grow food a $1Tn business, largest number of #federalworkers largest #GDP and we all have to eat.

how much will legal weed do this year?? $10Bn maybe $20Bb and 5Bn companies all competing with each other?

what the government is telling us is, CBD is regulated as #agriculture #food

don’t listen to greedy lawyers not versed in agriculture, the FDA and the DEA are good with hemp and CBD, THC is regulated by the “D” part of the FDA don’t conflate the two, that’s not science or economics it’s bullshit and they just want your money!

the Feds look at hemp as #consumable and #topical #foodgrade #produce as long as their is no THC you can go to the bank with your business, no need for an investor for 300% more interest debt and ownership.

in 2019 at the height of political scandal and heavy #pumpanddump scams with #cannastocks the #USDA wrote rules for hemp

January 2020, we were granted the 1st permit in #NewJersey maybe nationally!

then started @GreenCELL_CBD a with a few other #farmers #greenhouses #labs #universities and kept pushing

glad to grow food, feed the hungry, replenish the #earth and help bring #homeostasis to peoples’ lives
