In today's segment of Cooking With Lynn from Ewetopia Farms, I am making a tasty, cheesy, vegetarian potato spinach pie recipe. It is one I made up many years ago because of all the vegetarians in my life. I am not a vegetarian but still enjoy this recipe with simple everyday ingredients as a complete meal or as a side with meat. Working on a sheep farm means that I am very busy so making simple, easy meals at home are important for me.
Welcome to the new playlist edition of Ewetopia Farms which is Cooking With Lynn. It seems strange for a daily sheep farming vlog talking about the daily routines and happenings on our working sheep farm in Ontario, Canada would be doing a cooking segment. However, after a joke posting of one of my meals became a success, people started asking for more recipes and this is the end result. I am by no means a cook or chef but I am a mother and farm wife and as such, I have to cook. In the Cooking With Lynn videos, I will randomly post meals that we cook on the farm. These recipes are usually simple to make and tasty to eat with basic ingredients and minimal cooking skills required. I hope you enjoy!
