Derby is a Stunt Track based on the Dirt Oval 'Fairgrounds Big-O' featuring an open infield with jumps, obstacles and ramps with fancy fireworks and a blazin' ring of fire to jump through and impress the fans and beautiful girls ;)
Derby, Obstacle and Gravel were three Stunt Tracks that were only available in the disc Public Beta 1 and Public Beta 2. The Stunt Track features a Stunt Mode '23' with which you can collect bonus points with cool tricks, stoked stunts and wild flips and multiple your points with fancy combos hitting and/or landing on objects or do all kinds of spins - to be truly rewarded your gained points you always have to land clean on your four wheels without flipping to the side or crash. According to the 'Developer Journal' featuring the Devs EA Seattle has planned to add the Stunt Tracks among other regular tracks also found in the source game data to the release game in the future.
