In todays video, i’m excited to share with you the full comprehensive breakdown of putting up a structural 4-Bedroom Apt. from scratch. Due to funding limitations, this project spanned from June 26, 2023, to January 15, 2025.

To manage the project efficiently, we divided it into two distinct phases:
