Yogurt Chia Seed bowl

What you need:
. 2 tbsp chia seeds
. 4 Tbsp vegan yogurt (or yogurt of choice)
. 1/4 cup sugar free almond milk (or milk of choice)
. 1/2 tsp raw honey/maple syrup optional (I didn’t use)
. 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
How to make chia seed bowl:
. In a bowl combine the chia seed pudding ingredients and mix well to prevent any clumps.
. Place the chia seed pudding in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 2 hrs.
. when ready to serve add your favorite toppings.
Toppings:
Berries
Apples
Banana
Granola
Chopped nuts
Cinnamon, optional
