1) హనుమద్గిరి తటాక్ ఆంజనేయస్వామి ఆలయం వెనక నుండి చెరువులోకి దిగితే రెండు శిలలపై చెరువు ముఖంగా శిల్పకళ ఉట్టిపడే విధంగా రాష్ట్రకూటుల కాలం నాటి వినాయకులు చాముండీ దేవి శిల్పాలు ,రైలింగ్ మధ్యలో ఉన్న శివలింగాలు ,నంది విగ్రహాలు సూర్యుడు శిల్పాలు ఉన్నాయి.
2) ఈ శిల్పాల పై భాగంలో విశాలమైన ఒక గుహ ఉంది ఈ గుహలో సామాన్య పూర్వ సంవత్సరం 12000 నుండి సామాన్య పూర్వ సంవత్సరం 2000 మధ్యకాలంలో ఆదిమానవులు తలదాచుకున్నట్లు తెలుస్తుంది. (2)గుహలోపల పెద్దపెద్ద ఇటుకలు ఉండటంతో ఈ గుహలో సిద్ధులు లేదా ఋషులు నివసించే వారని తెలుస్తున్నది.(3) గుహ ముందట కోడుగుడ్డు ఆకృతిలో ఉన్న రెండు గ్రూవ్స్ ఉన్నాయి (4) గుహ ముందటి నుండి గుట్ట చివరి అంచు నిర్మించబడిన కోట గోడలు కనిపిస్తాయి. ఇక్కడ కుడి వైపునుండి కాకతీయుల పాలకులు నిర్మించిన కోట లోపలి వైపు వెళ్లడానికి రహస్య మార్గం ఉంది. ఈ మార్గం గుండా సైనికులు చెఱువులోకి దిగి స్నాన పానాదులు , దాహార్తిని తీర్చుకోవడానికి వీలుగా శిలకు తొలిచిన మెట్లు ఉన్నాయి.(5) చెఱువు వైపు దిగువన ఏటవాలుగా ఉన్న శిలపై ఆలయం నిర్మించే ప్రయత్నాలు చేసినట్లు తొలిచిన పునాదులు సాక్ష్యంగా ఉన్నాయి.
6) ఈ ఆలయ రాతి పునాదుల పక్కన శిలకు అసంపూర్ణంగా చెక్కిన భైరవ శిల్పం ఉంది.
7) సిద్ధుల గుట్ట వెనుక వైపు భద్రకాళి చెరువు మధ్యలో ద్వీపంలా ఉన్న గుట్టపై నవీన శిలాయుగం నాటి ఆది మానవులు రాతి పనిముట్లను తయారుచేసుకున్న పరిశ్రమ ఉంది. 50 కి పైగా గ్రూవ్స్ ( పొడవైన బద్దులు ఉన్నాయి (8) గుట్ట పూర్తి ఉపరితలంలో సమతల ప్రదేశంలో బృహద్ శిలా యుగం నాటి డాల్మెన్ సమాధి ఉంది.చెరువులో రాక్షస గుళ్ళను పురావస్తు శాఖ గతంలో గుర్తించింది.
