Wrapped in Pink: Noor Wrap Dress

Описание: Sometimes it takes longer than you anticipated, but you create it anyway! Sewing the Noor Wrap Dress, a free sewing pattern from fabrics-store.com. And since I'm doing french seams, when I cut out the pattern, I cut extra seam allowance along the pattern where french seams would go (so NOT on the neckline, wrists, or bottom hem of the skirt.)

00:00 - Cut out pattern, iron fabric, cut out the pattern
00:48 - Pin shoulder seams and sew (French Seams)
02:38 - Iron shoulder seams towards the back
02:43 - Making bias tape for neckline binding and attaching to neckline
06:06 - Baste along top of sleeve and attach to bodice
08:11 - Pin sleeve and bodice and sew
09:05 - Sew the sleeve cuffs
11:03 - Hem side skirt panels of the wrap dress
13:05 - Adding French Seam POCKETS! to the dress
19:00 - Sew skirt side panels to back panel (yes, I spelled it wrong in the video, ah well)
20:41 - Baste top of skirt panels, each panel separately and sew on bodice
22:16 - Hem bottom of the skirt
22:45 - Adding a little embroidery detail to the ties and sewing those in.
23:16 - The finished skirt!
