This isn’t for the faint hearted but the flavour & kick it provides is UNREAL. I use it on top of my pizza, bread, Dosa & even veggies 🤤 ⁣
⁣
How to make: ⁣
👉🏼 In your blender, add green chillis (remove the stem) ⁣
👉🏼 add lots of salt (3 tbsp at least) ⁣
👉🏼 blend it! ⁣
👉🏼 transfer to a bowl, add lots of olive oil (until all the blended chillis are submerged) to it ⁣
👉🏼 then add chilli flakes (1.5 tbspn) & mix well⁣
👉🏼 store in a jar
