Chocolate Velvet Spray Cake :

Ingredients

cream light Whipped 400gm
Egg yolk 60gm
White chocolate 300gm
Whipy whip liquid 250gm
Condensed milk 150gm
Sugar 50gm
Water 25gm
Gelatin 8gm
Water 32gm
Sponge as required

Method
Boil gelatin with water , when water dries keep it in microwave to make liquid , now whip egg yolk , now boil sugar with water and add egg yolk add liquid cream and make ganach , now add in egg yolk mixtures , now add this in condensed milk , add gelatin , then crush the brownies and place in mould , then add batter and freeze for 7 to 8 hours , lastly apply chocolate spray and serve .



Royal Chocolate Cookie :

Ingredients

Flour 81gm
Coco powder 15gm
Baking soda 1.5gm
Salt pinch
Butter 63gm
Sugar 50gm
Brown sugar 50gm
Egg ½
Vanilla powder pinch
Chocolate chunks 85gm

Method
Flour coco powder vanilla powdee ,b.soda mix kr k alag bowl me rakhen
Butter, brown sugar, caster sugar, egg salt whisk kren halka fluffy hojay to dry ingredients dal k mix kren chocolate chunks add kren mix kr k fridge me rakhden 15 20 mint bad 50g balls bna k baking tray me rakhen 170c pe bake kren 14 to 16 mints bake hone ki nishani ye hai k cookies pe cracks ajaen to 2 3 mints or bake kren or oven se nikal len
