Headstart: Kristina Conti, Assistant to Counsel at the International Criminal Court, said on Wednesday, March 11, that the issuance of ICC arrest warrants against Senator Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa, Senator Christopher "Bong" Go, and other co-perpetrators of former President Rodrigo Duterte’s bloody drug war is at the discretion of the ICC.
Conti explained that the court decides whether to announce a warrant publicly or keep it confidential, as it did with Duterte’s own ICC arrest warrant.
