Most of the major panels and the floor are being replaced in this car, so our first charge was the strip the outside, but make sure all the spot welds were blasted for the replacement panels. Just like every good restoration project, we need to see Fresh Steel so we know what we are dealing with. The car is being painted by the geniuses at Costa Mesa Paint & Collision in SoCal.
