Wassssssupp, this is my first ever YouTube video so it’s kinda trashy, didn’t know what to do for the intro or outro lol but if you follow my instagram @SilasDivesHawaii I usually just post edits for fun and to document my dive journey but I’ve been asked and questioned for months to start making YouTube videos so here’s the first one!
This dive covers a dive tournament hosted by @zaching me and my braddah (team pan fry duo) tested our luck against some of the most hammah divers on Oahu and was just a few ounces under the top 3 prize winners of the tournament but was still an overall amazing experience. Tried out a new spot (pipeline)🫣 and scored some tasty grinds for the weekend. Although we didn’t place in the prize category it was super sick to meet new people and also to see other divers catches! (Someone shot a 4 ounce uku)😹 but overall was a cool experience and even got to meet Micah, the man who gyotaku my knife jaw. Always wanted to get a fish printed and I’m glad I was able to meet him so shout out to him micahkai.designs on Instagram give him a look but yeah that’s enough yap from me.🤙🏽
