Описание: Beethoven: Piano Sonata No. 32 in C Minor, Op. 111
Wilhelm Kempff (piano)

Recorded c. 1936 for Deutsche Grammophon in Berlin, on matrices 624 GS8 through 629 GS8. Issued in Germany as Grammophon 67093 through 67095, in France as Polydor 516.743 through 516.745, and in England as Decca X 177 through X 179. In the USA, after the war, the French pressings were marketed in an album by Vox. My transfer is taken from this issue.

Beethoven's Sonata, Op. 111, is in two movements:

1. Maestoso - Allegro con brio ed appassionato
2. Arietta: Adagio molto semplice e cantabile (at 7:20)
