Chilli Cheese Toast Recipe - 5 Min Snack Recipe | Garlic Chilli Cheese Toast

Ingredients
-------------------
White bread slices: 6
butter: 3 tbsp
minced garlic : 2 tsp
Processed Cheese : 1.5 cups
Red chilli finely chopped : 1 tbsp
Vegetables (As per liking)
--------------------------
Onion :1/ 2 nos finely chopped
Capsicum : 1 tbsp finely chopped
Olives : few
Boiled sweet Corn : 1 tbsp

Method
--------
1. Take bread and apply butter on both sides . Optionally add little minced garlic on oneside of bread as well.
2. Take Processed Cheese (half portion) in one bowl and add all the finelly chopped vegetables as per your liking . Take another owl and keep plain cheese .
3. In 3 bread slices : Top with plain cheese and finelly chopped red chillis . Other 3 bread slices : Top with vegetables cheese and finelly chopped red chillis
4. Keep bread slices in non stick tawa and coer with a lid . Wait for 5-7 mins till cheese is melted properly and base is little hard and brown .
5. Open the lid and serve hot . Enjoy :)
