NOTE: There are in You Tube quite a few clips with various renditions of the "singing cowboy" , Smith Ballew, born in Palestine, Texas, who became one of the most popular singers and bandleader in America of the late 1920s and first years of the 1930s. At first he sung solo, with many front line American dance bands of the Roaring Twenties era, to establish in early 1930s his own dance band. Ballew, as probably one of the handsomest bandleaders in the history of American dance orchestras, also gainned certain popularity as a "singing cowboy" in the western B movies, where he sung galoping fast on the back of his horse or having a night duty with a guitar, under the window of some bella senorita. This record was pressed in Warsaw, Poland, by Syrena-Electro .
