'എഫോസെറ്റ് സ്കീമുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് SMS, WhatsApp, ഇമെയിൽ, വോയിസ് ബേസ്ഡ് പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോമുകളിലൂടെ സെൻട്രലൈസ്ഡ് നോട്ടിഫിക്കേഷൻ നൽകാനാണ്' ഇതെന്ന് കത്തിൽ വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നു. തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിന് തൊട്ടുമുമ്പ് ഇത്തരം സംവിധാനം ആലോചിച്ചത് സംശയാസ്പദമാണെന്ന് പ്രതിപക്ഷം ആരോപിക്കുന്നു.
