Описание: A look inside seaport operations at the TraPac terminal at the Port of Oakland on San Francisco Bay. Produced thanks to special access granted by TraPac's team crew of professional mariners, stevedores, logisticians, and other experts, you'll see trucks bringing containers in and out of the terminal, connecting it with the rest of the world. You'll get inside the cab of a rubber-tire gantry crane (RTGs) stacking containers. And from the bridge wing of a giant container ship, you'll watch ship-to-shore cranes loading containers on and off the giant ocean-crossing vessels. Container shipping is a huge part of international commerce and this video offers a fascinating glimpse behind-the-scenes of an enormous and critical logistical operation.
