--- "what do you make these versions for?"
the reason actually changed over the years, at the start was to improve as a producer, then became a project to challenge myself with other sounds/things I've never done before, and now it's a comfort place where I experiment with songs and try to make them sound new again.

--- "do you think the songs you re-imagine aren't good enough so you need to change them?"
absolutely not, my intention is not to improve but to change the songs. at the start I made versions mixing the song's instrumental with my production because I didn't know how to make an instrumental from scratch, but now all my versions are made with an instrumental made 100% by me.

--- "do you take suggestions for which song to make a version of?"
I do! I read every comment (even if I don't comment back!) and think about every suggestion. there are some that are just not viable and others that I dont't feel like to do at the moment (won't do a happy pop version of cardigan on a rainy day) but there are some that give me ideas and they turn out to be final versions!
