This is the Spanish Language Latin Version of the song with a completely different alternate music video, filmed in a New York Club.
It is featured on the UK single release, US Promo single and the US and Canadian releases as the final track.
This was featured on a Billy Crawford Promo VHS but I have no evidence yet of it being played on any music video shows, though it surely would have been.
My Theory is it was used to appeal to the Latin market, which was quite common at the time, though his music never really made it's way to Central and Southern American to my knowledge.
