Описание: Filling line for non-carbonated soft drinks and syrups with an output of 3,000 bottles per hour. The filling line consists of a PEWAL 12/12/6 rotary filler with an electronic filling system equipped with inductive flow meters, a labeller for self-adhesive labels and conveyors. Thanks to the easy changeover system, the line processes PET bottles with volumes of 0.7 and 3.0L with two different neck diameters. The filler is fully integrated into the existing beverage preparation and CIP technology of the plant.

Plnicí linka na nesycené nealkoholické nápoje a sirupy s výkonem 3 000 lahví za hodinu. Plnicí linka se skládá z rotačního plniče PEWAL 12/12/6 s elektronickým plnicím systémem vybaveným induktivními průtokoměry, etiketovačky na samolepicí etikety a dopravníků. Díky systému snadné přestavby linka zpracovává PET lahve o objemech 0,7 a 3,0L se dvěma různými průměry hrdel. Plnič je plně integrován do existující technologie přípravy nápoje a sanitace provozu.

Abfüllanlage für stille Erfrischungsgetränke und Sirupe mit einer Leistung von 3 000 Flaschen pro Stunde. Die Abfüllanlage besteht aus einem Rundfüller PEWAL 12/12/6 mit einem elektronischen Füllsystem, das mit induktiven Durchflussmessern ausgestattet ist, einer Etikettiermaschine für Selbstklebeetiketten und Transportbändern. Dank des einfachen Umrüstsystems verarbeitet die Anlage PET-Flaschen mit einem Volumen von 0,7 und 3,0 l mit zwei verschiedenen Halsdurchmessern. Der Füller ist vollständig in die bestehende Getränkeaufbereitung und CIP-Technik des Betriebs integriert.
