What's decimating my squash? Will my artichokes survive? I made two mistakes that led to these issues. I should have put down hardware cloth at the base of my garden bed years ago, and I should have transplanted my artichokes earlier, but what's done is done.
How will I adjust and handle these two potential disasters? One thing is certain -- I won't give up on gardening, and neither should you! Our gardens are more resilient than we realize, and we should be, too!
Hi, I'm Kim! I live in far northern California (Zone 9B) on my 2.5 acre property, Olive City Oasis.
I'm a senior, solo, frugal gardener, and I think of myself as a laid-back gardener, too, someone who really enjoys the process of gardening slowly and simply but who also likes to experiment along the way.
