We had about 24 quick draws, 5 alpine draws, 70m rope, and each with a guide atc, grigri, and a quad anchor.
I brought 2 Liters of water and 250 ml of chocolate milk up the wall. We drank heartily at the base after the approach from reserves that we left at the base. I still had about half a liter when we got back to La Posada. It was a high of 75 degrees. We each climbed with backpacks of our own food and water rather than sharing.
It was roughly 10 hours up including chilling time, and roughly 3 hours down. I also re-tried Pitch 21 a couple times on the way down. We simul rappelled on grigris.
The approach took about 50 minutes from La Posada, and 30 minutes on the way back.
