i actually covered this song a while back but ended up privating it after a while because i wasn't satisfied with the way i made it. i ended up coming back to this song this year because i thought an epic, orchestral arrangement would suit this song very well, but i had yet to find a version that i liked.

i was casually scrolling through youtube on my phone one day when one of ‪@Kalamity_Music‬'s videos got recommended to me. intrigued, i ended up watching it, and i quickly fell in love with the stuff that she produces. when i learned that she does music commissions, i immediately contacted her and told her about my idea. she ended up being equally excited about this project, and we set off to work. it was such a pleasure to be able to collaborate on this with her, and i would absolutely love to work with her again in the future.
