GT6 June 2016 Expert Level Historic Racing Car Challenge

I needed to use my go-to car, the Chaparral 2J or I would have been hopelessly outclassed. I tried a few other cars and I couldn't do better than a distant 2nd place. With the Chappie it was a piece of cake no matter what opponent cars were on the grid. The key part to that race was those downhill snake turns. I got a headache just trying to follow those turns. I hadn't really raced this track very often so I had to basically start to learn the track from scratch. It took me a few races to set up that Chaparral somewhat correctly and I think I could tweak it a bit more. I'll see. I just wanted to get something up on Youtube.

I eventually did see that the grid would somehow alter itself depending on what cars were used. Originally, all I ever saw was the Toyota 7 and another 2J on the grid but I kept restarting the race and eventually the fastest car out there was the Ferrari 330P which was no match for my 2J.

This is another race where you can't pull away from the second place car as it goes as fast as you can drive your car. That's OK. It makes the race interesting and pushes you to drive faster.
These expert level races are a lot of fun but I still like those ten lap races better.
