Recipe
Any peppers sweet or spicy or a nice mix
Olive oil
Garlic clove cut in half

Wash your peppers and give them a little kiss of olive oil or whatever oil you have on hand
Pop them in tray and cook them in the air fryer or oven at 180/190 until they are brown, mine took 37 mins int the Cosori, just watch them.
Remove and cover with cling wrap or pop into a plastic container with a lid, let them sweat and cool for about 1/2 hours.
Peel off the skin and pop into jar or container, add some red wine or balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salt.
Keep them in the fridge for a week or so if completely covered with oil.
