For the first time since 2019, MeTV has updated their station ID. As some of you may already know, MeTV stopped using custom, affiliate specific IDs last year, around the launch of MeTV Toons, in favor of their national feed ID, which has remained unchanged since 2017.
On September 1st, with the launch of the new fall schedule, MeTV launched a new look for IDs! Here are some things of note:
Some of the new IDs use a different font than what we are used to, and none of them use the iconic "that's Memorable, that's Me" jingle which has been in use since 2015. It seems as if the aesthetic of these new IDs is a soft launch of a slightly new brand identity for MeTV, leaning into a darker color palette and different font styles. However, the rest of MeTV's on air identity remains the same as before.
