The KTM 390 adventure is the smallest bike in KTM's travel range, but is it just a gateway into adventure riding? What it might lack in capacity it makes up for in character, practicality and sheer fun. In the time I had the bike I rode on Motorways, A-Roads, B-Roads and dirt tracks. Not only is it a handy little adventurer, but it would also make for an excellent commuter. Its priced well and is A2 licence compliant so would make for an ideal starting point into the world of bigger bikes, but having said that there is a place for the plucky little orange machine in many a riders garage.
