Enoki Mushrooms With Instant Ramen
Just another quick dish where I find ingredients in the kitchen that I need to use up before they go bad or to free up some pantry space. Had these mushrooms hiding in the fridge and found a random block of ramen. Created another variation of an Asian sauce that I pretty much toss on everything at this point. Cheers! 🙌🏽👨🏻🍳
Sauce:
-2 tbs soy sauce
-1 tbs gochujang
-1 tbs mirin
-1 tbs sesame oil
-2 tsp white sugar
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-1/2 tsp red chili flakes
-1/2 tsp sesame seeds
