Paola Reina is a huge company in Spain and they produce loads of dolls in different sizes, but my favourite is the Las Amigas (girlfriends) collection who are 32cm / 12.5 inches tall and availablefully dressed in a collectable box or just in underwear and come in a plastic baggie. There are many reasons why I love these dolls, including that fact that unlike many dolls from Spain you can buy these girls all over the world - although you will definitely getter a better price by going direct to Spain. In addition, they are an incredibly affordable doll: the basic dolls willonly set you back about $25, so they are comparable with the price of a low-end Barbie or other readily available mass-produced doll but they offer many features that really appeal to collectors.
In this video I show the different features and options available in the Las Amigas line, while also highlighting many of the things that make this dolls such an appeal to worldwide collectors.
