Duluth Bike Trip Day Two, Duluth (Canal Park) to Scenic Cafe June 24, 2021

Описание: We were feeling like doing a short bike tour. For years we had talked about riding the William Munger Trail up to Duluth and back. With only 2 nights we decided to ride from Moose Lake up to Duluth (Canal Park area) and spend two nights there. While in Duluth we planned to ride up the North Shore a bit to the Scenic Cafe.

Day two of our tour had us riding from Duluth to the Scenic Cafe for lunch and then back to Duluth. Our ride took us along the Lakewalk on Lake Superior and the along the old highway 61. We were treated to a beautiful day with amazing views and a great lunch. The riding on the old highway 61 was good with a wide shoulder and slower traffic (50 MPH maximum). After two days of riding, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Bellisio's. Again we enjoyed a picture-perfect afternoon and evening in Canal Park.
