The Pratumnak Hill area of Pattaya is booming with new Instagrammable restaurants and cafes and so we decided to visit 3 Mermaids and Oxygen Beachfront Oasis. They have been popular on social media and we're just curious to see how good these places are. And since we have nothing else new to see in Pattaya, we tried the food and drinks at these places.
