This session will focus on building the relationship capital and support women need to advance to the rooms where decisions are made. I'll teach practical tools and strategies to:

Recognize the true causes of the confidence gap, doubt and imposter feelings and learn simple tools to boost your confidence and leadership potential in the moments that matter.

Identify and claim your unique ideas and points of view. Share those ideas to make an impact, even if those in the room intimidate you
