August BTO exercise: Five-room flats in Ang Mo Kio almost 20 times oversubscribed

Описание: New flats in Ang Mo Kio, offered for sale in the August 2020 BTO exercise, are turning out to be the most attractive among the 11 developments launched. A five-room unit in Kebun Baru Edge has attracted nearly 20 applications for each flat, despite some units going for up to S$725,000 excluding grants. For the four-room units, there are about 10 applications for every flat, with units costing between S$423,000 and S$550,000. Also popular are the four-room units in Geylang, which have attracted 18 applicants per flat, and five-room units in Woodlands, which attracted about nine applicants per flat.
