A LOAF STORY (Dr. Emily’s version) 🩷🍞
You see, @taylorswift is not the only woman who is obsessed with bread. This breakfast loaf is the perfect meal prep and with 8g PROTEIN and 4g FIBRE per slice - it’s the best way to start your day ☀️
Enjoy it toasted, with peanut butter, or my personal favorite, with yoghurt and warm berries.
✨✨This is on my Wish List for breakfast, on repeat💫💫
INGREDIENTS:
400g oats
2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp salt
500g Greek style yoghurt
1 egg
METHOD:
1. Pre-heat the oven at 180 Celsius.
2. Add the oats into a large bowl. Mix with the bicarb of soda, the salt, yoghurt and egg.
3. Bake for 45 minutes. Before removing from the tin, let it cool completely.
