David Stephen is an educator and architect as well as co-founder of the ground-breaking High Tech High network of schools in Californiawhere students undertake projects that combine technical and academic education. He served as curriculum coordinator and design director. He later founded New Vista Design and has more than 30 years of experience leading school reformers in creating and developing schools across the United States.
