'Race' footage of my recent 5k test. I got a PB (16:55) taking four seconds off my old score. Watch me suffer in beautiful ultra high definition.
Huge shout out to the coxes and my coach for getting me through this one.
It was an aggressive race place (something I'm going to talk about in my next vlog) and I had to adapt the plan at about the 3k mark in order to still PB on this piece.
Still a long way off 16:40, but moving in the right direction.
