Base & Sweetener
• 500 g seedless soft dates (Khajur - खजूर)
• ½ cup roasted gram flour / sattu (Sattu - भुना चने का आटा)
• 2 cups fox nuts (Makhana - मखाना)
Dry Fruits
• ½ cup chopped almonds (Badam - बादाम)
• ½ cup chopped cashews (Kaju - काजू)
• ¼ cup walnuts (Akhrot - अखरोट)
• ¼ cup pistachios (Pista - पिस्ता)
Seeds
• 3–4 tbsp melon seeds (Magaz / Kharbuje ke beej - मगज / खरबूजे के बीज)
• 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds (Kaddu ke beej - कद्दू के बीज)
• 2 tbsp flax seeds (Alsi ke beej - अलसी के बीज)
• 2 tbsp sunflower seeds (Surajmukhi ke beej - सूरजमुखी के बीज)
• 2 tbsp white sesame seeds (Safed til - सफेद तिल)
• 2 tbsp poppy seeds (Khus Khus - खसखस)
Other Ingredients
• ½ cup desiccated coconut (Nariyal ka burada - नारियल का बुरादा)
• 3 tbsp raisins (Kishmish - किशमिश)
• 1 tsp cardamom powder (Elaichi powder - इलायची पाउडर)
• A pinch grated nutmeg (Jaiphal - जायफल)
Fats & Binding
• 7–8 tbsp clarified butter (Ghee - घी)
• 2 tbsp honey or peanut butter (Shahad / Moongfali makkhan - शहद / मूंगफली मक्खन) – optional for binding
