In a shocking incident from Mahakalabasta Panchayat Office under Athagarh Block, a feast of wild animal meat was allegedly organised by local representatives. Forest officials raided the spot while the group was cooking and drinking liquor inside the office premises. The raid took place even as the Forest Department is observing Wildlife Protection Week across the state.
