This humble eatery has held onto a traditional recipe and way of making, for nearly four decades. Skilled cooks recreate this recipe by layering meat, rice and a rich, flavourful stock to make some of the most deliciously moist biryani.
Large deghs fired using tamarind wood charcoal are used to make batches of Mutton and Chicken biryani at different times in day.

Fingerlicking rice! taste it just by itself and you are hit with a savoury kick of the meat that gets to your palate. the meat makes its presence felt even without it being your mouth! such a find.

Mildly coloured rice, flavours of the stock layered into it while cooking takes over the palate! flavours of the chicken biryani is in the rice and not the meat. just eat the rice to be totally happy and totally satisfied! the enne katrikai has a crunch, sour edge, but this biryani rice needs no accompaniment. not even the meat! it's moist light leaving you wanting another bite.
