Here is how to get it:
Step 1: Grab your Lunar Rover.
Step 2: Then your volume up.
Step 3: Use private matches or wait for each map to come into rotation and stay over the beeping noise until your lunar rover drops a little antenna. These are the maps: Waterpark, Desert, Gorge, Fortune Harbor, Jungle and Narrow.
Step 4: After you've got all the antennas in those 6 maps, go to the Moon map and drive to the big antenna close to the Earth.
**You don't need to get then in any particular order..but Moon has to be the last one, after you've gotten all the 6 antennas.**
Actually, no skin needed, there's also a red light on the lunar rover which will turn green while it's beeping.
