Best Guard Positions for Big Inflexible White Belts in BJJ

Описание: Recently I did a video where I talked about the curse of the lazy guard player, basically when someone only plays guard and they're one dimensional.

I got a message from a Big Fella who says he has the opposite issue.

He says he's a 6ft 2, 255lbs, heavyweight, with a good top game, emphasizing side control. The issue is he sucks on his back.

He wonders what the best types of guards are for bigger, less athletic heavyweights.

In this video I'll give him 3 suggestions for guards I would recommend for my bigger, less flexible, students in BJJ.
