BRF by Arclight from SubSim. There are 215 damage zones in the game and it basically changes the values with these zones to affect ship flotation so ships can be sunk by flooding, rather than depleting HP as well as increasing the flood rates. This mod was created because we all know too well in Vanilla SH5 when you torpedo a ship, it will keep going on as if nothing had happened.
