This is a Chinese Elm (Ulmus parvifolia). I've been growing this tree for around 30 years, and managed to keep it alive so far. I've been unhappy about the pot it has been in for last few years and have decided that it needed a change. Luckily I received just the pot for the job for Christmas last year. The buds are bursting so now is the perfect time to prune the roots to get it into the new pot. Let me know what you think.
