This is the story of what happened to Samus after the events of Metroid Fusion.

The Federation detected biological signals of the X Parasite on a planet where Samus had previously fought: *TX-267*.
   • Metroid TX267 REMASTERED - Hack of Metroid...  
However, acting completely out of character, the Federation immediately ordered Samus to destroy the planet.

Samus had originally planned to travel to TX-267 without informing the Federation. Receiving this order left her with nothing but confusion…

Note: This hack follows a mostly linear progression, but players can still find opportunities for sequence breaking.
For example, it is possible to obtain the Power Bomb early and finish the game ahead of the intended progression.

If you truly cannot find where to go, try exploring the area thoroughly and checking the map for objective markers.


Additional Endings:
Compromise Ending: Travel to XL-DDC and detonate the bomb.
Defiant Ending:** Destroy the planet from within using the internal self-destruct system.
Early Ending (Compromise Variant): By sequence breaking to obtain the Power Bomb early, you can trigger the ending ahead of schedule.
