Water treatment with ultrafiltration
In an ultra-filtration process, undissolved particles up to a size of 0.02 µm are removed from the water, as are all bacteria and viruses with a reduction rate of more than log 6. The ultra-filtration process itself is carried out in a membrane module featuring hollow-fibre membranes.
