Описание: Last Week, I caught Blacklands Railroad Shoving out of UP yard in Mount Pleasant Texas onto the UP Pine Bluff Subdivision mainline at CP CB480 W. Mount Pleasant to CP CB481 Dallas Jct and they were heading west on the former cotton belt railroad commerce subdivision towards the international sulphur plant 5 miles west of Mount Pleasant Texas. Now there's a big problem with this train that the BLR crew knowingly that down the former cotton belt railroad commerce subdivision at CP 482 is the end of Union Pacific Railroad Maintenance and it turns into what is called exceptional rail and FRA has restrictions placed on the former cotton belt railroad commerce subdivision west towards Winfield Texas and all the way to Greenville Texas. FRA officials only allow 5 placard hazardous materials cars down cotton belt railroad commerce subdivision at CP 482. This concern's me and the community I live in on these type of railroad personnel that break the rules and regulations. There's a lot more of these videos that I have, but when does it stop, how long is this going to go on before the railroad officials are going to step in and do something about this?
