One quiet afternoon we met up with my friend Candela, an amazing musician and multi-instrumentalist, in the intimacy of my studio. To share some melodies and create this piece of music with the intention of bringing harmony, peace and clarity to the mind.
This relaxing music session with Harp and Handpan can be used to meditate, sleep, focus on work or relieve stress and facilitate the relaxation of the nervous system through the practice of presence.
