Here I show the repair and modifications to a drake l4b
Stock rectifier for t/r - bias was a half wave. Not a have wave bridge as I said in the video.
Full wave bridge rectifier on bias, soft key, soft start board may have been damaged by me when I tested plate supply prior to going through rf deck.
Plate supply was plugged into the rf deck. Otherwise, the previous repair person would not have been able to key the t/r - bias relay. If he actually tested it. As the rectifier is needed to supply the relay coil.
Customer told me he did not send the power supply kit with the pa and supply to previous technician. I mis understood him
