A day of canning beans spiced red cabbage, spiced "slaw," and editing a vegan lemon curd recipe

Описание: Today I was canning several types of beans that had been presoaked overnight. I also had 4 heads of cabbage soaking overnight in a brine to create the spiced red cabbage and the "slaw"...I will say this, I did not care at all for the spiced portion of the recipe. That recipe definitely needs to be edited in a serious way. I did have a success in creating a vegan lemon curd recipe that is canable and does not smell strongly of coconut oil. Keep an eye out, I will be working on a video of that recipe later this week.
